Daily Base Rates for One or Two Guests
Add $15 per day for each additional guest

One room cottage.............................from $110 plus tax
One king bed/accommodates up to two guests maximum

One room cottage.............................from $125 plus tax
Two queen beds/accommodates up to four guests maximum

Two bedroom cottage.....................from $150 plus tax
One queen bed in each bedroom/full-size futon couch in living room/
accommodates up to five guests maximum

Cottage with kitchen, if so equipped, add $10 per day
Each pet, up to a maximum of two, add $20 per day

Two nights minimum stay required for two-bedroom cottages, kitchen units,
weekends and holidays

Please note, our cottages, depending on their size and number of beds,
have a maximum occupancy limitation.   No exceptions please.

The entire property is completely smoke free

Check-in between 3 pm - 7 pm
Check-out time 11 am
